The project #ClimateOfChange (End Climate Change, Start Climate of Change #ClimateOfChange) is co-funded by the European Commission in the framework of the DEAR programme (Development Education and Awareness Raising).
The campaign under the slogan # ClimateOfChange was launched on April 22, on Earth Day. It aims to develop young EU citizens awareness and critical understanding of climate change induced migration, as one of the biggest challenges of the globalized world. On the Polish side, the activities of the project are coordinated by the Fairtrade Polska.
Organizing climate debates involving young people from high schools, universities is one of the tasks of the international project.
It covers important global topics, such as: human rights, environmental protection, climate change, discrimination, migration and development, youth policy.
The nationwide stage of the climate debate will take place in June this year. More about the #ClimateOfChange project on the website.
