Badges have been awarded in five categories: inventors, scientific institutions, enterprises, supporting institutions and the media.
The West Pomeranian University of Technology, Szczecin is one of the nine universities awarded this badge. The decoration was received by the Rector of the West Pomeranian University of Technology, Szczecin, Professor Jacek Wróbel.
On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the profession of patent attorney and the 25th anniversary of the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys, on 25 November in the Primate's Palace a gala was held and honorary badges ,,Zasłużony dla Samorządu Rzeczników Patentowych" were awarded.
