The meeting was also attended by Peng Yuying - the wife of the Ambassador, Zhang Hao - head of the political department of the Embassy of the PRC, Wang Yong from the political department of the Embassy of the PRC and the authorities of the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin.
Rector explained the structure and scientific achievements of our university. The main topic of the conversation was academic collaboration between WPUT and Chinese universities and development of more intensive student exchange.
Liu Guangyuan has been the Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to Poland since 2018. Before Ambassador was representing PRC in the Republic of Kenya, in the Federal Republic of Nigeria and in the United States of America. He also held office in the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The Chinese diplomat is visiting the West Pomeranian Voivodeship for the first time.
