The main entrance to the building is from Sikorskiego Street. There are tram and bus stops "Sikorskiego" located 150 m away from the building and the tram stop "Narutowicza" located 350 m away from the building

- There are stairs not equipped with railings
- Entrance adapted by means of a passenger lift. 10 m from the rear entrance to the building there is the entrance to the lift, which serves all floors of the building.
- There is no door that opens automatically
Inside the building:
- There are stairs equipped with railings on both sides
- There is a lift serving all levels of the facility, equipped with a railing. The lift door opens and closes automatically and is equipped with sensors
- The lift is equipped with light arrival signals. There is no sound door opening signal.
- The lift is equipped with voice announcements informing about the floor number
- The lift has Braille buttons
- There is a toilet on each floor. The toilets are not adapted for the disabled
Parking spaces for the disabled and the manner of using them:
There is one parking space for the disabled in the car park in Sikorskiego Street and 2 parking spaces in the closed WPUT area at the back of the building.

- There are stairs not equipped with railings on both sides. Next to the stairs, there is a ramp equipped with railings on both sides. At the beginning of the ramp, there is a threshold.
- The external door opens automatically

- There are stairs equipped with one railing
- On the ground floor and the 2nd floor, there is a ramp not equipped with railings
- There is a lift serving all levels of the facility, equipped with a railing. The lift door opens and closes automatically and is equipped with sensors
- The lift is equipped with light arrival signals on the external panel. There is no sound door opening signal. It has a display showing the floor number.
- The lift is not equipped with voice announcements

- The traffic routes are wide enough
- Toilets adapted for the disabled are located on the ground floor

- The building has 2 entrances. the side entrance has stairs equipped with railings on both sides on one level
- The rear entrance from the car park is on the ground level
- There is no door that opens automatically
Inside the building:
- There are stairs leading to the auditorium, equipped with one railing
- There is no lift, hoist or platform
- Entrance to auditorium no. 138 is accessible without the need to climb stairs from the car park at the back of the building
- The traffic routes are wide enough
- A toilet adapted for the disabled is located next to the auditorium
