There is the tram stop "Narutowicza” located 150 m away from the building.
The main entrance to the building:
- The entrance is from Piastów Avenue
- There are stairs, for which an alternative is a ramp not equipped with railings
- The entrance door is revolving and automatically activated by a sensor
- There are 6 additional entrances at the back of the building, which can be accessed from the car park. The entrances are from ground level
- A ramp leads to the entrance from the side of the auditorium
Inside the building:
- There are stairs equipped with railings
- There are 3 lifts serving all levels of the facility, equipped with railings. The lift doors open and close automatically and are equipped with sensors
- The lifts are equipped with light and sound arrival signals. There are no sound door opening signals. They have displays showing floor numbers
- The lifts are equipped with voice announcements
- The lifts have Braille buttons
- The traffic routes are wide enough
- Toilets adapted for the disabled are located on each floor

There is no sign language interpreter or a possibility to use online sign language interpreter in the building.
A sign language interpreter should be requested 3 days in advance.
